Primary Duties:

The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for supervising routine patient food production, service and nutritional care, employee/visitor/cafeteria meals and catering activities.

Skills:

* Associates degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition or Culinary Arts preferred.
* Certified Dietary Manager certification required.
* Two years experience with CDM required in lieu of degree.
* Supervisory experience preferred.

Timeline:

The position will remain open until filled.
