Primary Duties:

Full or Part-Time Positions Available.

Primary Duties:
• Gives direct patient care through applying expert technical skills.
• Assesses patient’s needs through both direct and indirect interaction with the patient and /or family
• Formulates, implements and documents a plan of care to each patient's health needs. Updates this plan as necessary. Involves team members in the formulation and updating of the plan of care.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates the activities in coordination with the team members in the formulation and updating of the plan.
• Accurately prepares and administers all medication (including IV Therapy) safe, and timely in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Is readily available to patients, family, physicians, and team members for consultation and assistance.
• Insures that written records of all patients accurately reflects each patient’s condition, progress, education and treatment.
• Maintains close communication with the director of nursing in all matters relating to patient care.


• Completion of high school diploma or by equivalent outside study.
• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska
• BLS, ACLS, PALS training
