Primary Duties:

Tri County Bank, Atkinson, NE has an opening available for a CSR at our branch located in Atkinson, Nebraska. This is a 30-35 hour per week position with benefits. You will have the responsibility for a broad range of activities in the branch. The position focuses on transaction processing and answering questions concerning accounts, online and mobile banking, and answering and directing phone calls. The position requires knowledge and support of the Bank’s day-to-day operations and providing high quality customer service by meeting the needs of customers in an efficient and friendly manner. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills, critical thinking and problem solving. The position is designed for a well-organized, self-motivated, efficient team player that can prioritize daily tasks.

Skills:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Fiserv Premier, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Banking experience preferred
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Accounting, math and keyboarding skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
