Primary Duties:

Office Manager

North Central District Health Department has a position available for a full-time Office Manager to provide administrative support and complete general office duties.

A brief overview of duties:

Greet customers and answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner

Provide assistance to visitors or callers

Assist staff with a variety of tasks, projects and billing

Maintain inventory and purchase office supplies

Process incoming mail

Maintain office equipment (copiers, postage machines, etc.)

Process bills for office expenses in QuickBooks

Maintain paper and electronic files


Requirements, knowledge and skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred.

Experience Microsoft Office products and Quick Books Financial products.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Current driver’s license
