Energy Grants & Guaranteed
Loans Available
Conserving
operational costs is vital to
keep agricultural producers and
rural businesses in operation.
United States Rural Development
(USDA) is currently offering a
25% grant and/or guaranteed loan
to those eligible applications
that are making energy
efficiency improvements. The
program has helped farmers
concert countless irrigation
motors from diesel to electric
and helped many businesses in
our area replace windows, HVAC
and roofs.
If you are
a small business or ag producer
that would be interested in this
program please contact Holt
County Economic Development for
more information.

and Atkinson Economic
Development will be teaming up
to take local jobs on the road

to the area, these jobs will be
promoted at no charge to the
business at the NECC Job Fair.

Duba Trailer Customizing Relocates
To Chambers |
After outgrowing their previous
location on the ranch, Duba
Trailer Customizing & Sales of
rural Holt County has moved the
business into the community of
Chambers. Now located in the
former Fire Hall, Duba's have
tripled their shop space and are
now more accessible to the
customer.
"The community of Chambers is
very happy to see that we were
able to meet Duba's needs," said
Wayne Green, Vice-President of
Holt County Economic
Development.
According to owner Brian Duba,
they currently have two
full-time employees and one
part-time but have plans in the
future to add two more. Duba's
pride themselves on putting
customized living quarters into
trailers. Their experience with
life on the road traveling to
rodeos helps them design and
customize trailers as efficient,
comfortable and pleasing to the
eye as if you were in your own
home.
Brian Duba and his wife Corenne
have two sons, Cauy and Cole.
